Proprietor - Cecil Douglas

Cecil, known to his friends as Cec, (pronounced "seesee") has been a fisherman since he was a young lad. He has always lived in the close knit communities surrounding Newbiggin, and in Newbiggin itself. He has gained a wealth of experience on both sea and course fishing in the area, and has extensive knowledge of where to fish with what tackle in any given conditions.

Call in and see Cec and he advise on what bait to use depending on the tides and state of the sea at the time. In short Cec is the man to give the best advice to fishermen, seasoned or beginners alike; and he is always keen to do so. Started the business ten years ago and has built up a good clientele.

Cec has been married to Christine for 30 years and has a family of two. Member of the Newbigin Sea Angling Club (818027). Member of Fly Fishing club "Hoy'n Hope"
