Newbiggin LIFE (Local Initiative for Everyone) Hundreds of Newbiggin residents and community leaders were amongst the first to see exciting new plans for the regeneration of our village on Tuesday 2nd July, 2003 at Newbiggin Sports Centre. Presentations and displays told those who passed through the doors during the all-day launch of the Newbiggin Life project about the plans for the village's future.
