Computing for Beginners is a course that is held at Newbiggin by the Sea Middle School on Mondays from 10am - 12noon. The course leads to a qualification in computing and will also work on aspects of literacy. If you need further information please ring 01670 858869 and speak to Tina Abberline. This is also the number for enrolments but please note that there is currently a waiting list for this course.

The C1 Cycle Route runs through the District joining up with
local paths. Leaflets containing more information on the local
pathways should be available from local outlets during the
summer.

Weekly markets are held in Ashington on Tuesdays and in Bedlington on Thursdays.
